Seniors Helping Seniors® Greater Livingston matches active seniors with seniors who need help in order to remain living independently. We are currently seeking the best in-home, non-medical senior caregivers in the Greater Livingston County area, west Oakland County and southern Genesee County.
Companionship, shopping/errands, preparing a meal, pet care, minor housekeeping, transportation, activities and more. Actively seeking those with dementia experience and willingness to provide personal care. Seniors Helping Seniors® thoughtfully pairs our employees with clients that share things in common, such as former professions, hobbies or upbringing to maximize social engagement. The relationship that forms is rewarding for everyone!
We offer:

• Starting wage of $16 per hour
• Paid training for newly hired employees

Minimum requirements:

• Mature individuals who consistently demonstrate patience, empathy, reliability, professionalism, a cheerful disposition,

enthusiasm, and are personable. 40 years old (helps with compatibility). Will consider a younger candidate with
exceptional caregiving skills who is qualified for personal care positions.

• Willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and client’s family.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours. Able-bodied is a must.
• Driver's license and insured auto

• Ability to pass a background check.
• Can commit to a 15 hour per week schedule
